Twice baked Roquefort souffle with a walnut and rocket salad

Asparagus spears wrapped in Parma ham, roasted and served with Parmesan shavings


Breast of organic chicken stuffed with mushrooms, caramelised onions, thyme and Parmesan wrapped in smoked pancetta and served with a white wine and creme fraiche sauce

Loin of Pipers Farm venison served with celeriac and potato mash with a port and juniper gravy

West country fillet of beef, horseradish Yorkshire pudding served with dauphinois potatoes and red wine gravy

All the above are served with seasonal vegetables
